The Blinkers are an American rock band formed in 2016 in Los Angeles, CA by songwriter and bassist Joey Dolan. Though the band’s sound has diversified throughout their career, their musical style, described as pop-punk, blends catchy pop melodies with fast paced punk rock. Their lyrics primarily focus on relationships, adolescent frustration and a lack of maturity. It’s widely known, The Blinkers is a band built to celebrate Joey Dolan’s love of Blink 182, and serves as an ironic showing of gratitude for the music Blink 182 has written and released.
